Tell us about yourself?

I’m self taught in 3d and had a long period of freelancing in Italy then I moved to the UK to attend Escape studios VFX course and started to work in 3d printing.  I’m currently working for Random 42 as 3d artist where I’ve worked for 2 years using various different software.

What got you interested in VFX?

I’ve always been passionate about comics and movies from the 80-90’s the animation, illustration, action and stunning visuals inspired me to create my own work.

What’s been your favorite project?

I really enjoy all the projects I’m involved in with Random42 I also enjoy make some procedural animation for fun, I tend to get excited about every project I work on because I’m passionate about what I do.

How was Bhaumik as a Tutor?

Bhaumik introduced me very quickly into a professional working pipeline, prepared me to face common problems in production with quick-thinking problem solving skills and tips.  He supported me with a great deal of patience during my training and while I was preparing my first show reel he was  always available for advice, help and pointing me in the right direction.

What’s the best thing about working in VFX?

I think seeing your own ideas and imagination becoming real on screen or anywhere else is something unique and magical. It’s very important to have a job you love and working as a 3d artist gives me a lot of personal satisfaction.
